I think that I have to mention this: apparently my Rise of the Guardians of Childhood stuff has been reblogged across the 'net. It's being used as a banner on an RP site, I've found it on a number of weird places (like patio photos of all things) and I'm starting to think that I may have done The Thing.
Should that be an "Oops" or not?

Improving through Inktober/Drawtober
I haven't really been one to really sit down and practice my art before; I'd say that my skills are under par because of this. Thus, I'll be starting at the beginning - relatively speaking. Throughout the month of October, I'll be focusing on a single object, selected for simplicity - a toilet paper tube. The objective is to improve my basic skills - observation, shading, drawing shapes - and on Halloween, I'll switch things up with a more complex item to see how my skills have grown and to find out what I need to improve on.
I probably won't be posting the results daily as many people do, since scanning each piece is fairly time consuming.

FINAL FANTASY UNLIMITED CHALLENGE - 2000 POINT PRIZE

Coincidence? I think NOT!
So, you know that thing I mentioned where when I think about something, it tends to end up being a thing?
Yeah. Psychonauts 2 is crowdfunding. If only irony were in play...
Life Begets Fiction
Backstory: Since September of last year, we've been trying to keep fish. These fish keep dying. As such, we keep buying new fish. At one point, we had two goramis, with the larger bullying the smaller. As such, my mom named them Thor and Loki. Loki died, and Thor survived. Only two others - a Pleco named Carmen and a randomly-appearing-snail named Speedy - made it through.
Fast forward to two weeks ago: Thor is still alive - but lethargic, and my father and brother buy more fish to cheer him up. They then proceed to name all the fish after the Avengers (and Jarvis and Nick Fury). I instantly declare that all the fish will end up dead. After
